My photographic style evolved from my 20 years of work in photojournalism and documentary photography in New York City, Brazil, Spain and India. I take pictures because I love to photograph people and visually record their real life stories. My editorial work has been published in LIFE Magazine, Parenting, and The Village Voice to name a few. I have been based in Sedona, since 2000. Having lived in Spain and Brazil, I speak Spanish and Portuguese. Ethnic ceremonies and environmental portraits are my forte.
