Another great feature to hit the site recently: VIP Client Access. This new tool allows your clients private access to their galleries, whereby they can review photos, make images viewable or private, change captions and organize their space before it is shown to the public. This is a great feature for brides.
Workflow Update:
Moving galleries and groups to new groups
is more intuitive
Both the website and Pro Studio Manager (PSM) now allow you to easily move your galleries and groups, automatically inheriting the new properties. This process streamlines your workflow and reduces potential for human error. As a result you can set up galleries faster and sell more sooner.

There's a new symbol under your images in your gallery. It looks like an eye. What does it do? It allows you to make certain images "private". In other words, you can choose which images you want to be displayed in your gallery without having to delete them from your site. These images may come in handy later on. You never know.

WPPI and DWF Conventions Las Vegas 2007
Printroom attended two shows-in-one at Las Vegas in March. Featured photographers Cherie Steinberg Coté (pictured above), Steve and Heidi Blaisedell, and Kingmond Young presented at the booth at WPPI.
Click Printroom Photo Passes were handed out during a live photo shoot to convention attendees that had their photos taken with a Vegas showgirl.
James Mason of Charlotte, NC, won the DWF/ Printoom contest for a free trip to the DWF Tampa convention in 2008.
