FreeTime Productions

From the beginning of their careers as photographers, Christian Koskza and Heather Farley of FreeTime Productions have partnered with Printroom to create a new way of running a studio.

With little prior experience, they quickly jumped into the digital age of photography and all that it has to offer. For the past five years, FreeTime Productions has been offering amazingly quick turnarounds, with lots of options for their clients, who keep coming back for more.

Take a closer look with Printroom's new loupe tool

The new loupe tool feature allows your customers to zoom in on images so they can choose just the right one to print. All they have to do is click on the magnifying icon below the photo and drag the tool across the image to enlarge the details. The new loupe tool is available when your customers preview standard print products in your galleries.

Keep in mind, the loupe tool is a smart tool and enlarges images according to their web resolution. The higher the resolution, the higher the magnification. The tool is only available for images that are not already displaying at full size.

You're in control. Also, back by popular demand in the image preview area, the "previous" and "next" buttons have returned. Just another way that Printroom makes it easy for your customers to find and order the perfect print.

Try out the new loupe and buttons.

Pro Studio Manager 3.5 beta updates

We've made it even easier to take on-camera images and turn them into sales-making online galleries. The recent Pro Studio Manager version 3.5 beta for Windows allow users to:

  • Dynamically compare multiple images side by side
  • View and sort images by rank
  • Batch and individually edit images for brightness and contrast, color adjustment, gamma, and color effects (sepia, black and white, sharpen and blur)
  • Rotate images, remove red eye and crop
  • Edit IPTC info
  • Customize small thumbnail size for Web galleries

Make pricing a breeze

In the next few weeks, your account will be updated to include a new "Price List" button on your account page. You will have the option to create and save multiple unique reusable price lists for your groups, galleries, events, and customers. Your existing price lists will not change; they will automatically be moved to the new tool.

Stay more organized, with this new feature and instantly update the prices for your groups and galleries. Consider it your summer cleaning with half the work of spring cleaning.

Beta testers needed for the new PSM Kiosk

If you're an event shooter, how would you like to allow lots of customers order their prints, in real-time, simultaneously, right at the event? The Printroom PSM Kiosk offers a streamlined way to handle your photo orders during your events. It works in conjunction with Pro Studio Manager for Windows and allows you to set up one or more PC stations with an easy-to-use interface for self-service shopping. After the orders are taken, PSM sends the orders to Printroom for fulfillment.

If you are currently, or would like to sell photos at your events, contact your account manager, {ownername}, by phone at {ownerphone}, or by email at {owneremail}, to see if you qualify as a participant in this program.
