    Pro Studio Manager™, enables professional photographers to easily manage and edit photos, create galleries and sell photos online. This powerful software allows photographers to get their images to market as soon as possible. Data has shown that 50% of a photographer's revenue is generated within 48 hours of the shoot. This application is essential for creating online galleries accessible to clients for future review and purchase. Designed for high-volume shooters, Pro Studio Manager offers all this in a single, easy-to-use software application.

    We offer 3 versions of PSM

    PSM 5 for PC
    PSM 5 is our latest release for PC and allows for super fast image uploads. You should choose this version if you want to publish images & galleries as quickly as possible. PSM 5 focuses on ease of use and significantly increases upload speeds in some cases up to 10 times over previous versions.

    PSM 3.5 for PC
    This version is for photographers who want to do point of sale transactions or place orders through PSM instead of online through Lab Central. It allows photographers to publish images and galleries to their site, however upload speeds are not as fast as PSM 5.

    PSM 3.x for Mac
    PSM for Mac v.3.x enables photographers to place direct Lab orders and send them to Printroom for fulfillment. The equivalent of PSM for PC on the Mac platform, it enables photographers to calculate orders' prices, securely charges the photographer's or customer's credit card and uploads multiple orders at a time.

    Installation Recommendations:

    During installation of Pro Studio Manager 5, you will be prompted to make certain decisions regarding software configuration. We strongly recommend to:
    • Accept recommended default path for the software destination folder.
    • Accept recommended default path for your galleries folder.

    Pro Studio Manager 5 can be installed either as a fresh install, if you never used any previous versions of Pro Studio Manager, or as an upgrade, if your currently installed version of PSM is Pro Studio Manager 3.5.

    Note: If you have been using Pro Studio Manager 3.5 for placing Lab orders, upgrading it to PSM5 will make this feature unavailable.

    You have multiple options, when installing a version of Pro Studio Manager 3.5:
    • A fresh install, if you never used Pro Studio Manager before
    • An additional install, if you have a previous version of Pro Studio Manager installed and want to keep it.
    • An upgrade, if you have a previous version of Pro Studio Manager installed and want to upgrade it. You can use an upgrade only if you currently use Pro Studio Manager 2.3 or higher.
