Customer Service Representative
Printroom supports more than 20,000 professional photographers who rely on Printroom to build and maintain their websites and electronic storefronts while satisfying their demanding clientele with top-quality prints and photo products.
As a core part of the Printroom support team, this person will be responsible for providing customer service to professional photographers and their customers shooting digitally and selling their event photos online.
The ideal candidate should be:

- Highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills and work effectively under pressure
- Pro-active and diligent in sharing knowledge & technical expertise, issues, and making product improvements

- Committed to and enjoy helping customers
- Experienced in technical support or customer service
Primary Responsibilites
- Providing sales support for the Printroom online storefront service
- Post sales - provide direct support to customers, advice about best use practices and implementation of our product
- Following through to resolution of customer items, including escalation to proper persons
- Able to work at least one weekend a month
Required skills

- Leadership abilities
Technical skills
- Working knowledge of PC platform with Windows XP and Internet Explorer (Mac a plus), Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in photo industry a big plus.
Candidates must be highly organized, service-oriented and possess excellent follow-through skills. Internet and computer literacy is an absolute must. Bachelor's Degree a plus.
Initial compensation is $21,000 per year,includes PTO (paid time off) and Printroom benefits and is subject to performance-based raises. We can offer the right candidate an incredible opportunity to learn different facets of our business and develop into a larger position. This position is full-time and is not appropriate for tele-commuting.
