Have you ever wanted to crop an image one way for a 4x6 and another way for an 8x10? Now you can with Printroom's Print Customization Tool! This new tool enables you to approve and customize all orders placed from designated galleries or groups before they get processed. This means that not only can you see what your customers are ordering before it goes to print but you can change crop and border options or even upload a custom image for each item in an order. The really cool thing is that now you have an easy way to crop by size.

How It Works:

Step 1: Apply Print Customization Tool To Gallery
Log into your account and edit Gallery Profile of the Gallery to which you want this tool to apply (you can also apply to the group or global level). Click on View and Print Options. Find Order Approval/Customization Before Printing and change this option to Yes.

Step 2. Find Order
You will be notified by email every time an order is placed from this gallery. Log into your account and go to you Sales Report. Find the order in the Pending Orders section and click on To be approved link.

Step 3. Review and Approve Order

Here you can view the details of each order and see the border and crop selection chosen by your customer. You can upload a different image for each item in the order. To do this, browse your hard-drive for the desired files. And then click "upload. " You can specify more than one image at a time before clicking "upload. " The image you upload on this page will not be saved by Printroom and will be used for this for this order only. So you can upload one image for a 4x6 and other one for a 8x10 and if another customer orders the same image, in any size, we will prompt you to upload a full-size image for that order. After you have uploaded your images, you will see a preview of the new image. If you wish, you can select crop and border options. If the images meet you approval, click "Approve Order. " If you have others requiring approval or customization, you will be automatically taken to the next order to be approved.
