The Miss Illinois Scholarship Association provides viable educational opportunities to the young women of Illinois through scholarships, service and volunteerism. It strives to recognize the intelligence, talent, moral character and personal commitment of its exceptional participants as they pursue excellence resulting in positive life experience, spirit and good will.
Proceeds from the sale of Miss Illinois Photos will be given to support our mission of scholarship assistance to women throughout the state
