NE DC's The Madison Tones and son  Dupont Circle swung to the beat of the Madison Tones a church group from North East DC bringing their wild jazz blues blend to the overpass at Connecticut and Starbucks Coffee shop. Patrons poured out on to the sidewalks with their brew.

BBC PROMS Slatkin and Lang  Leonard Slatkin is known for his passions but at his rehearsal for BBC Proms with Lang, Slatkin exposed passion against media's presence during rehearsal. Within minutes of the rehearsal beginning, Slatkin ordered media to leave.
